Griot's Garden Open Mic and Skills Challenge: Poetry Always, All Ways (Special Delivery)
For National Poetry Month, A Concrete Rose will be hosting our regular open mic with a twist. There will be a poetry skills challenge during our event testing the technical and creative skills of the poetry community!

About the event
Griot's Garden will be adding a fun and friendly competitive spin on our open mic for National Poetry Month! We will still host our regular open mic with sign ups opening at 6:30pm. Our second half of the evening will be our Poetry Always, All Ways Challenge.
Our final challenge will be SPECIAL DELIVERY. POETS WILL BE JUDGED ON THEIR UNIQUE AND CAPTIVATING DELIVERY:
BODY LANGUAGE AND POISE, VOICE MODULATION AND TONE, AUDIENCE CONNECTION AND OVERALL PERFORMANCE.
